Class Preparation and Planning
You do not need to do a lot of fanatical preparation prior to teaching a class. Usually you will find that you can follow a set routine or timetable that is already st up. Some contracts could have an orientation time built into them (but not guaranteed) and some schools may also stipulate a specific time for preparation. If you are performing well at your job, a lot of these set hours tend to relax.

If you do not receive any orientation or training, do not be at all surprised. In many ways you will be seen as the expert in English, and the staff are happy for you to lead with your own ideas. World English Service Ltd does provide substantial extra advice to teachers regarding classroom resources, teaching skills and 'handy hints.' We also will provide you with emergency resource books for when you need a quick work sheet to supplement your program.
