Other agents operating in the Korean employment market may give you get a variety of answers related to the visa paperwork. We have known of some agents to go ahead and process an application oblivious to how immigration will view the paperwork. As long as the candidate tells them they have passed a degree, then that is all they want to hear! We try to keep up with the real situation and give all applicants correct advice so they do realize the reality of the situation.
